Below are the forms required to register for gymnastics and/or swimming classes. Please download, print, and fill out the registration form(s) and mail them to or drop them off with payment to KiDS body shop during regular office hours (office hours can be found on the right hand side of the page). Please be sure to call for class availability.


    
Gymnastics Registration Form
This file contains the form needed to register for all gymnastics classes. 
 
 
Swimming Registration Form
This file contains the swimming registration form for swimming classes. This registration form is good for all swimming classes available at KiDS body shop.
Tip of the Week

Don't fret about the weather.  Book your child's Birthday Party at KiDS body shop in our climate controlled facility. And, don't forget, currently enrolled students receive a $10 discount if enrolled at the time of the party.  Click on "Parties" under "Other Activities" to the left for details.
