KiDS body shop provides gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months through Kindergarten. Classes are held Monday through Thursday (days and/or evenings) and Saturday mornings. Children younger than 3 years are accompanied in class by their parent(s). Parent(s) of students 3 years old and older view classes from our climate-controlled lobby. An Open House production is held in May for all gymnastics students enrolled at that time.
Children 1st grade and older may call Omega Gymnastics (339-2924) or visit the Omega Gymnastics website for prices and class information.
Fractions-In-Action
Fractions-In-Action is a class for toddlers (18 to 36 months) who come into our gym with Mom or Dad for a fun-filled 40 minutes each week. MORE INFORMATION
Tiny Twisters
Our Tiny Twisters class is aimed at children who are 3 or 4 years old. Children must be completely potty trained to join this class. Twisters are introduced to gymnastics each week during their 55-minute class. MORE INFORMATION
Cyclones
The Cyclones class is intended for children 5 years old through Kindergarten. Cyclones work on enhancing their gymnastics skills during the weekly 55 minute class. MORE INFORMATION
TumbleKiDS
The TumbleKiDS (summer program) class is intended for children 3 years old through Kindergarten. Designed to introduce gymnasts to stretching and aerobic exercises, safe use of all gymnastics equipment and the fundamentals of basic gymnastics skills. MORE INFORMATION
Dudenastics
A boys' only gymnastics program designed teaching skills utilizing boys' apparatus. MORE INFORMATION
Bounce & Bubbles
The Bounce & Bubbles class (4-8 yrs.) is designed to utilize the pool and gym (45 min. each). Children should wear their swim suit under their clothing. MORE INFORMATION
